Why Homeowners Choose Our Roofing Company in Blueridge
Blueridge is one of North Vancouver’s most unique neighborhoods. Located near the base of Mount Seymour, many homes sit on larger lots surrounded by mature evergreens and natural green space. While the setting is beautiful, it creates roofing challenges that homeowners don’t experience in many other parts of the city.
As a local roofing company in Blueridge, we’ve worked on everything from original family homes to large custom properties. Our team understands how moisture, debris accumulation, hillside drainage, and changing mountain weather can affect roofing performance over time. That’s why every roofing system we install is selected with long-term durability in mind.
Roofing Services We Offer in Blueridge
When your roof reaches the end of its lifespan, we provide complete roof replacement in Blueridge using premium materials designed for long-term performance in North Vancouver’s demanding climate.
Leaks, damaged flashing, missing shingles, and storm damage can quickly lead to expensive repairs if left untreated. Our team provides prompt and reliable roof repair in Blueridge to help prevent further damage.
Standing seam metal roofing performs exceptionally well in Blueridge’s forested environment. It sheds debris efficiently, resists moss growth, and offers one of the longest lifespans available.
Architectural asphalt shingles remain a popular option for homeowners looking for an affordable roofing system with strong weather protection and curb appeal.
Cedar roofing continues to complement many Blueridge homes. We also install composite cedar alternatives for homeowners looking to reduce long-term maintenance requirements.
We install TPO, EPDM, SBS torch-on, and peel-and-stick membrane systems for additions, garages, modern homes, and low-slope roof sections.
Effective drainage is critical on many Blueridge properties. We install seamless gutter systems designed to move water away from the roof and foundation efficiently.
We install roof-integrated solar systems while ensuring all flashing, waterproofing, and roofing details are completed correctly to protect your investment.
Bring more natural light into your home with professionally installed skylights. Every skylight is properly flashed and integrated into your roofing system for long-term weather protection.
Forest Debris Accumulation
Many Blueridge homes sit beneath mature cedar, fir, and hemlock trees that continuously drop needles, branches, and organic debris onto roofing systems.
Moss and Moisture Exposure
Heavy shade and consistent rainfall create ideal conditions for moss growth. Without proper maintenance, moss can shorten the lifespan of many roofing materials.
Mountain Weather Conditions
Homes closer to Mount Seymour often experience stronger wind exposure, increased rainfall, and rapidly changing weather conditions throughout the year.
Drainage on Sloped Properties
Many Blueridge homes are built on sloped lots where proper drainage planning is essential to prevent water-related roofing issues.
Roofing Solutions for Upper Lonsdale Homes
Family Homes
Many established Blueridge homes benefit from upgraded roofing materials, improved ventilation, and modern drainage systems.
Custom Homes
Large custom homes often feature complex rooflines, skylights, premium roofing materials, and specialized flashing details.
Forest-Adjacent Properties
Homes backing onto greenbelt areas often benefit from metal roofing, upgraded gutters, and roofing systems designed to handle heavy debris loads.
Hillside Homes
Properties built on sloped lots require careful attention to water management, drainage performance, and long-term moisture protection.

What Our Customers Say About Us
We've completed roofing projects across Blueridge. Here's what our customers say.
We chose to go with a metal roof, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work and the final results. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and it truly enhances the look of our home. Thank you, thank you!
Fast, responsive and very helpful.
James
Wholeheartedly recommend working with them if you need roofing work.
1. If I was told this, I would have looked at the weather before making the appointment. 2. I called two other roofing companies and both showed up had no problem going on the roof in the rain.
He gets two stars because he actually called to cancel. (The bar is set low with trades these days.)
The affect a new roof has on the curb appeal of your house is enormous, not to mention the comfort you gain knowing that everything is watertight for the oncoming winter - you need the installation done right. Doug, Rada and team were awesome from beginning to end - from clear details of what was being installed in the quote to how they protected the rest of the house and deck during demolition and installation - they went the extra mile.
They easily dealt with some curveballs we threw to them too. They removed our leaky (and now unused) chimneys above the roofline, giving the home a much cleaner look and installed snow guards.
Doug took time to work through a water egress issue that was not related to the roof installation - including helping me cut drywall open! - determined to find a solution the issue. Which we did.
We also required some more specialized carpentry work. Doug leveraged his own network to get us somebody to complete it.
It's not easy to find a company that that you can trust with such competitive pricing and such high quality craftsmanship on such a project. I feel fortunate to have worked with Doug, Rada and the team at Eco Exteriors.
The metal roof has really given the home a transformative look. And the new gutters were really the cherry on top. My photographs attached don't truly show how transformative it is.
A great team and great company!
